Established since 2015, we are owned and operated by Jessica, also a Critical Care Outreach Nurse, Prescriber and Trainer.  Our fundamental aim was and still is to make healthcare staffing affordable, safe and professional.  In order to do this, we go above and beyond the expected levels of compliance checking, service levels and training.  

Our workers are instilled with our high values and are all experienced and fully trained to ensure you receive only the best workers.

Our Identity and background checking is second to none, using the latest technology to ensure compliance and we never sign anyone up without having a face to face meeting and checking all their credentials.  You might be surprised that many agencies will sign up care workers without having even ever seen them face to face!

You can also find us on the high-street!  Unlike many other agencies, we are not a one-man band behind a computer.  We have a full team of specialists located in our offices in Redhill and Manchester and are available 27/7 365 days of the year.

Our prices are low and simply do not reflect the work we put in to service delivery! 

We may not be the lowest priced agency, but we are certainly not the highest.  Experience has shown us time and time again that many of the lower priced agencies are not operating ethically or legally and this causes knock-on effects for our clients.  We don't operate like that.  SmartHeart is built on reputation and word of mouth as much as anything and we rarely advertise.
